Rolled in Cinnamon and Sugar
Gourmet Sunday Breakfast
What You’ll Need:
10 slices soft white bread
15 tsp nutella
1 large egg
1 1/2 tbsp of milk
1/2 cup of brown sugar
1 heaping tbsp of ground cinnamon
Directions
Cut off the crust from all 10 slices of bread. With a rolling pin take each piece of bread and roll it flat. Spread about 1 1/3 tsp of nutella on each piece of flattened bread, each spread should be about 1 inch wide and about 1 inch space from the breads edge. Tightly roll up the bread.
In a small bowl mix the egg and milk and blend together with a whisker. On a plate combine the sugar and cinnamon and mix well. In a frying pan heat a little butter (or oil). Briefly dip and coat each roll in the egg mixture and place on hot frying pan. Just lightly fry the rolls until they are golden brown on ever side then roll and smoother them in the cinnamon and sugar mix. IT’S NOW TIME TO EAT
