Spinach and White American Grilled Cheese
What You Need:
1 1/2 tablespoon of organic butter
Handful of cooked chopped spinach
1 Slice of White Cheddar or any whatever you fancy

In a small frying pan add in 1/2 tbsp of butter and the handful of spinach and cook over medium-low heat until spinach is cooked thoroughly. Once spinach is cool enough squeeze out some excess juice. Now to prepare the sandwich, but first re heat that same pan the spinach was just cooked in (may need to be wiped out). Put spinach and cheese between the beard. Add butter to heated pan and stick the sandwich on the butter, so it can soak some up and get crispy, cook for 1-2 mins med-high heat. Be sure to press down on the top of the sandwich with spatula. Once that side is cooked remove the sandwich for a second, then add in the other 1/2 tbsp of butter and start cooking the other side, remember to press down on that side and cook for 1-2 mins.

Waffle Sandwich
This one is pretty simple – Great sandwich for leftover ham from Easter. Make some homemade waffle (buckwheat best). Sandwich filling could be honey mustard, ham, cheddar cheese and basil leaves. Make sure not use the sugar when making the waffles 😉
